1. Taking laxatives(this is nuts)
2. Fasting, and skipping as many meals as possible.
3. Substituting cabbage soup for meals(this is great but after the 5th time i gag!!!)
4. Only having liquids, no solid foods.
5. Getting tight body wraps that are designed to get rid of fat.(does this really work?)
6. Replacing meals with cereal(if this was the case I'd be skinny)
7. Only eating BABY FOOD.
8. Only eating raw fruits and vegetables.
9. Eating meals using smaller plates and silverware . . . so you eat less food, slower.
10. Eating foods that will intentionally make you sick. (FemaleFirst)
